Good and busy week 6-8-2015

Had an awesome week this go around!  Definitely my best week so far, so I'm feeling pretty good! We were in lessons all the time, it was sweet! One of the guys we teach has some very strange ideas about baptism though, he thinks it's mockery before God to get baptized because you're just gonna sin again. He doesn't quite understand repentance and never really listens to anything we say. And he won't answer our questions, he always says "you guys have to tell me, share your knowledge, tell me." He's an interesting man. I don't know if we'll keep teaching him because he doesn't really take heed to our words. One interesting visit this week was when we went to see hermana Cruz and she wasn't feeling too well. We up to her room and a friend of hers was on the phone with some medical delivery service to get her the stuff she needs to check her blood sugar level, the stuff finally got there but they were missing the little monitor thing that you stick the strips into and it tells you the number. So her friend was really worried about her not being able to check her blood sugar and after she paid for everything and the delivery guy left she pulled out everything that she needed to check her blood out of some closet. She had three of the little monitor things already! She finally got it checked and it was 200 over! She should have been passed out! She survived though, we went to see her a couple days after to check up onher, she just doesn't realize the gravity of it sometimes. She's so nuts. Other than that we just saw a lot of people this week! Found some new investigators and people were actually home for once! Some guy shouted hallelujah from his car to us and we waved, so that was pretty cool.
Nothing too crazy from any strangers this week, we were in lessons so we didn't have too much time walking around meeting random people, so it's a good thing! Hope everyone's week went swell, looking forward to hearing about all the adventures that come with summertime. Talk toyou in a week! Love all of ya!
