Staying in Passaic! December 14, 2015

I'm staying!! Get to spend Christmas with the area most notorious for stuffing missionaries full! We'll see if it doesn't yield any more barf stories ... I'm super excited though! Things have been going swell over here. We've been working on a list of members trying to figure out where everyone is at and have got some good info, but decided to take a break from that and just knock some doors last Tuesday. Well guess what, 3rd door, a less active answers the door! So I guess there's no getting away from that for us. Other than that it was a good week of saying goodbye to members and investigators, always pretty sad, but that's the way it is. One of the member families we visit we had the wonderful idea to sing Feliz Navidad to. So, naturally, we decided fake mustaches and a sombrero were a good idea as well! So we went to their door, knocked, and when they opened up, we sang! It was a beautiful moment indeed. Pretty tranquilo week though! Life is good and the people here sure are taking care of us.
Love you guys and hope the winter is treating you well! Looks like we won't even be having a white Christmas over here ... a little disappointed with that. But I'm happy to be staying in Passaic! Take it easy my friends!
